These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website Amglobal.org. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following conditions. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use our website or services.

1. Nature of Business

AM Global is a private consultancy firm offering documentation assistance. We are not affiliated with the Government of India or any official agency.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or are using the service with the involvement of a legal guardian.
  • You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Services Scope

We assist clients in:

  • Applying for Passports, Aadhar Cards, PAN Cards.
  • Booking early appointments where possible.
  • Guiding document verification.

All applications are ultimately subject to approval by the concerned government departments.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Service charges are non-refundable, once the process has been initiated.
  • Fees paid to the government authorities (Passport Seva, UIDAI, NSDL, etc.) are separate from our service fees.
  • Full payment is to be made in advance before services are rendered.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, and layout, is the exclusive property of AM Global. Unauthorized use is subject to legal action under Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee approval of your application. We are not liable for any rejection, delay, or loss caused by:

  • Incorrect documentation provided by you
  • Government system errors or delays
  • Force majeure events

7. Termination

We reserve the right to deny or terminate service to any user at our discretion, without prior notice, for any misuse or fraudulent activity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
